As a product page owner, I want to enable users to submit bug reports on my product page so that issues are captured as roadmap items and can be converted into funded bugfixes.
Description
A bug reporting system where bug reports are a special type of roadmap item. Users (or only supporters, depending on configuration) can submit bug reports on a product page. The product page owner can then convert a bug report into a bugfix roadmap item. Supporters can push the bugfix with Innovation Tokens (InTo) to prioritize it — just like any other roadmap item.
Scope
- New roadmap item type “bug report” selectable in the existing roadmap item form
- Users (not just product page owners) can create roadmap items of type “bug report”
- Product page owner setting: “Bug reports from” (all users / supporters only)
- Supporters can push bug reports with InTo to prioritize them
- Reporter receives status update notifications (ties into EP-002)

AC1: Submit Bug Report
- GIVEN a user is on a product page and is permitted to report bugs (based on product page owner configuration) WHEN they create a new roadmap item and select the type “bug report” THEN the roadmap item is created with type “bug report” and visible on the roadmap
AC2: Supporter-Only Restriction
- GIVEN a product page owner has set bug reports to “supporters only” WHEN a non-supporter visits the product page THEN the bug report option is not available and a message encourages them to become a supporter
AC3: Push Bug Report with InTo
- GIVEN a bug report roadmap item exists WHEN a supporter pushes it with Innovation Tokens THEN the InTo amount is recorded and the bug report priority increases accordingly
AC4: Configuration Toggle
- GIVEN a product page owner is in their product settings WHEN they change the bug report access setting THEN the change takes effect immediately for all users visiting the product page
