As a supporter, I want to donate Innovation Tokens to a blog post so that I can thank the author for valuable content and show my appreciation visually.
Description
Extend the existing blog donation concept to allow supporters to donate Innovation Tokens (InTo) directly on blog posts as a “thank you” to the author. The donation amount is displayed visually on the blog post, creating a public signal of appreciation. This complements the existing monetary donation system with token-based recognition.
Scope
- “Donate InTo” button on blog posts
- Token amount selector (predefined amounts or custom)
- Visual display of total InTo donated on each blog post
- Donation animation/feedback on successful donation
- Blog post ranking/sorting by InTo received (optional)
- Donor history visible to product page owner

Acceptance Criteria
AC1: Donate Tokens to Blog Post
- GIVEN a supporter views a blog post WHEN they click “Donate InTo” and select an amount THEN the tokens are deducted from their balance and added to the blog post’s donation total
AC2: Donation Visualization
- GIVEN a blog post has received InTo donations WHEN any user views the blog post THEN the total donated InTo amount is prominently displayed with a visual indicator
AC3: Insufficient Balance
- GIVEN a supporter wants to donate InTo but has insufficient balance WHEN they attempt to donate THEN they see a message indicating their current balance and a suggestion to upgrade their subscription tier
AC4: Donation Feedback
- GIVEN a supporter successfully donates InTo WHEN the donation is processed THEN they see immediate visual feedback (e.g. animation, confirmation) acknowledging their contribution
