**As a user, I want each roadmap item to display its existing reference visibly so that items are easily identifiable, searchable, and referenceable in discussions.**

## Description

Roadmap items already have internal references in the system. This epic makes those references visible in the UI — displayed on roadmap cards, detail views, and usable in search. This makes it easy for supporters and product page owners to refer to specific items in discussions, bug reports, social media, or chat (e.g. "What's the status of 042?"). No additional prefix is added — the existing reference is shown as-is.

## Scope

- Display the existing reference prominently on roadmap item cards (list view)
- Display the reference on the roadmap item detail page
- Make references searchable (search/filter by reference)
- Copyable reference (click to copy)

- GIVEN a user views the roadmap of a product

THEN each item shows its reference truncated with ellipsis (e.g. "a3f2...") and a copy icon next to it
