A central search system that allows users to discover products, roadmap items, and blog entries across the platform. This includes full-text search, result grouping by type, and relevance-based ranking to make the growing content easily discoverable.
Scope
- Global search bar accessible from all pages
- Search across products, roadmap items, and blog entries
- Developer/product owner discovery (by name, product, technology)
- Search result ranking by relevance
- Autocomplete / suggestions while typing

Acceptance Criteria
AC1: Global Search
- GIVEN a user is on any page of the platform WHEN they use the global search bar THEN they see results grouped by type (products, roadmap items, blog entries) matching their query
AC2: Search Result Ranking
- GIVEN a user enters a search query WHEN results are returned THEN they are ranked by relevance (name match > description match > tag match)
AC3: Empty State
- GIVEN a user searches for a term with no results WHEN the search completes THEN a meaningful empty state is shown with suggestions to broaden the search
